Slow charging

I have a problem with my Xperia Z5 that it charges slowly while device is on , i tested with Ampere and the original charger delivers a 430mA current the problem is appearant specially using facebook
When it's idle the device charges normally ( 0-100% in 2 hours) but when it's on the battery drops instead of charging
I tried disabling the slow charge option and the problem still occures
Please help

the issue might be a different problem, based on your post

you might want to test different wall chargers and also you can get it inspected by your Local support

I tried samsung adaptive charger and the problem persists

Doing a reset solved it but it reteurned after updating some apps

And i don't think it's a hardware problem because the device charges normally when turned off.
