Bootloop - can't go in safemode

Hei,

I have had some issues latly with my Z2 that is has freezed and i have had to use "hard turn-off" to restat it again. I got sick of it allways freez and sometimes reboot by it self. So I did a back-up online and to my SD card to be sure.

I then went on to delete the phone and go back to "fabric reset". I other words try to stalt all over again. I used the phones own systems for this. It all looked good. Back up worked fine and i started the resetting. It started fine, but after the the resett it went in to continusly rebooting.

I have tried the 120 secont forced restart. Did not helt.

I have tried the powerbooton and volumbutton at the same time. Did not work.

I have tried the PCC software update, but did not work as it will not reboot.

I am not able to get it in to safemode.

I am not sure what to do... I thought resetting the phone would not make it go in rebooting mode....

Please help me! I can't aforde a new phone, and I am now without one...

Hi @mbelbo,

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and temporarily remove and SIM and SD card from your device to see if they may be the cause of this behavior. If your phone would start as normal that would indicate that either your SIM or SD card may be damaged.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion instead of PCC.
