I have just got a new 256gb card.

Inserted the new card and it formatted ok,

it shows me 250gb free.

With some standard formatted files and folders.

Fine... that's normal.

I previously had a 16gb card and copied the complete card to a new folder on my laptop.

I then drag and drop all the 16gb card files in this folder to the new installed card while its usb connected to my laptop.

When completed, i can open the files from the 256gb card in phone while is still connected to my laptop, and all the folders and files are there.

When i disconnect the phone, i open file manager on the phone and all the folders are there but no files are in them.

When i reconnect the phone to the laptop and open the 256gb sd card, i can now only see the folders but nothing is in them.

Whats happening?

Anyone had this problem before ?

Any solutions?

Thank you

I've read a good article on those cheap high capacity micro sd cards sold on ebay on google,

and maybe why my one isn't working as it should.

Once i test it with H2testw,I'll report back to say if I've been conned or not.
