topic Factory reset service in Z Series https://community.sony.rs/t5/z-series/factory-reset-service/m-p/3576117#M115155 <P>I did factory reset on my xperia z3 + and after that the 'FACTORY RESET SERVICE - Wait for the Power Off to show off' appears and the Xperia Protection also appears. I tried those posted on YouTube but i cant do it. Please help me to fix this problem.
