6 cm damage on screen

this is the second sony phone I have that gets like this, before I had sony z3 and first came a damage like this and then the screen got loose were the damage was, this one is Z5 and it can get extreamly hot, is it possible that this is a damage do to the exess overheating of the phone ? these spots look like a burn, and are inside of the screen.

It's hard to say why this has happened and since this is related to the hardware in the device, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can assist you with arranging a repair.

They will gladly help you with any other questions that you may have regarding warranty, local service routines and consumer laws in your market!

Hello, try fixing it soon cause last time I had a Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual and with that I faced a touch problem. It took me about a week to understand that there is a touch problem on my device. Then I took it too the Local Sony Mobiles Service Center which is located near my house. They took about 3 weeks to fix that. Then after getting my device back I started facing a problem in the Headphone Jack. Once again I went to the Local Service Center. They told that my device is having a Board Problem and ot can't be fix now.
