Open the flap on the right hand side and you'll see a red button - Press this to switch off your phone - Holding volume up and power for around 10 seconds should do the same thing

Hi the screen on my phone is blank, it's still on (you can ring it). I have tried the volume up and power button option but it doesn't turn the phone off. Since I can't enter the pin to unlock the screen I cannot use the PC companion to get any data off it. Is there anyway round this? Essentially I just want to get some contacts and photos off it. Unfortunately it's a works phone so I know they will just trash it rather than repairing it.
