&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your SW2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SmartWatch 2 can not be updated using PC Companion and you should not be able to select it when you update an accessory in PC Companion.&amp;nbsp;Did you perhaps select the SmartWatch 1 (MN2)?&lt;BR /&gt;Try holding the on/off button for 10 seconds and also try charging the watch and see if it works. If not i recommend that you contact a service location&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;your &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;local support team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SmartWatch 2: Updates not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to update my Smart Watch 2 today with PC Companion. Something got wrong and I got an error message that it couldn't download the software. Now is the watch stone dead! I try to connect again and it says that I have the latest software. I get the message that if I want to re-install the software, just press "next". When I do that do I get the same message that it can't download latest software and "please try later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it someone more than me that faces the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had to leave it for service. They are waiting for spare parts.
