Liflog App Error

Hi,

i installed my smartband application in addition to lifelog app and it works verry good, the battery start drain because of lifelog app, i signed out from the app to save the battarie, since then i am trying to sign in again but i keep receiving error message as unkown error.

any help from anyone.

its just need time to sign in, thats all.

The latest update has made dramatic improvements to the battery usage of the app - Kudos to Sony for this.

If the update hasn't reached you yet, then rather than signing in out and out, then rather go into the app and force close it.

If you don't know how to do this, there are numerous options, but the best for you might be to go to settings, Apps, Scroll down the list for Lifelog, tap on it, and then top left button has force stop. press that.

Would only suggest doing that if you aren't going to use your phone for a while.

Then the next time you use your phone, go into lifelog first so that it starts tracking app usage again.

PS - smartband shouldn't be connected.

PPS - I don't keep my smartband connected to my phone, unless I have a specific reason, i.e. want it to update me on calls etc, or am syncing data - otherwise it stays disconnected to save battery life.
