The ones I had were marked samsung but the writing looks different on both. It looks like I've been had over! Ive now ordered a sandisk extreme 32gb from amazon and can only hope it's genuine. Time will tell, but I certainly don't want to lose any more photos.

I have just returned from holiday and discovered the majority of the photos I took on my experia z2 have become corrupted. Is this a common problem with sd cards? Do Sony know about it? What can I do? I love the phone but what's the point in having a great camera if the photos are lost!!!

What kind of SD card is it - Some cheap ones are fake and should be tested with a program called h2testw - If it is fake then that will account for your issue - Also check the class - It is recomended that you use a class 10 SD card because of the read and write speed

Before you use it do the h2testw check and make sure it is genuine as even amazon has fake cards for sale Sold as 32GB when they are only 4GB or less - But when you plug it in to a phone or Pc it will report it is 32GB
