Automatically restart problem

Hi my Xperia z1c usually restart automatically. This problem occurs mostly while using Internet apps like Facebook, hike etc. I have tried repair by pc companion also but still facing the same problem. If anyone has any idea please share.

You might want to get a brand new SIM card, does it happen with any other app?

Boot on safe mode, and try to use the internet, see if the phone restarts, if it does then get a brand new SIM card, make sure that it is a MICRO SIM card

Do you have a MICRO SIM card or did you cut/trimmed a regular SIM card?

The phone suddenly keeps restarting with no reason. I am using the phone without sim card jau with wi fi . I tried every thing and restored factory settings but nothing. The only way is to keep it on safe mode

Same here. Xperia home stops working, phone reboots. Nothing helps. Factory reset, no apps installed, no sim card, no SD card.

Sony, is it a conflict with an android update??
