GPS problem

Hí
My navigation and GPS will not work properly

It shows the route on Google maps but will not track my current location accurately and won't give directions

I downloaded the GPS status app but it won't connect to any avaliable satellites

I reset my phone

Still nothing

It used to work and I bought this phone in March.

I can't remember it working accurately since I upgraded to android 5.1.1 but this could be just coincidence

Please help as it's driving me crazy

It's set to high accuracy

Using it for basic directions on motorway it tracks me a few km away in a field etc and doesn't move with me as I drive

Just tried that there and still nothing. Stood outside and after looking for GPS for a bit it said GPS signal lost

Repair the phone with PCC and report back, also what do you see under

settings > about phone > status > signal

Tried this, it whirls around and around for ages but doesn't pick anything up.

Tried it again (outside this time, oops!) and it said test failed after whirling around for ages with 'starting GPS'.

Is it broken?

With PCC, if PCC doesn't solve this issue then contact your Local support

Sorry for appearing v stupid, but under 'support zone' it says my phone is up to date.

I can't see where to 'repair' it?! Sorry 😕

It hadn't, but then I clicked something and saw repair so I went with that!
