My mobile pass successfuly test touchscreen
But the problem still

Boot on safe mode and see if you experience the same issue, if you don't then it's a third-party app creating this problem

1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"

If you want to solve it just you have to delet Facebook messanger app because its the broblem the new version do

Mein Touch screen funktioniert an manchen Stellen nicht, im hochformat kann ich kaum noch auf das Tastenfeld drücken und im Querformat ist es noch auszuhalten aber trotz diesem Fehler kann ich das Sony experia xa1 nicht voll nutzen und das ärgert mich. Was könnte man da machen? Das Handy hab ich Nicht mal ein Jahr.

My touch screen does not work in some places, in portrait format, I can hardly press on the keypad and in landscape mode, it is still bearable, but despite this error I can not fully use the Sony experia xa1 and that annoys me. What could you do there? I do not even have the phone for a year.
