Kdl-40w605b apps got disappeared !!

HI ,

Kdl-40w605b apps got disappeared.

I have done below 3 options but still it is showing only few apps (not all).

1. Factory reset

2. Fresh WIFI connection.

3. Network content refresh

I was able to access all apps few days back but not now.

How to fix it ? Is it software update issue or bug ? When it will be fixed?

Hi singireddy,

When you say a fresh Wifi connection, do you mean that you reconfigured your connection through your home network? If that's the case, maybe you can try tethering to your smartphone on 4G then refresh internet content again.

If the issue remains, tell us if the TV reports that the connection to the internet is successful once you go through the connection steps.

You could also try Ethernet if possible.

Thank for the reply.

I have tried all options but unfortunately Tv doesn't showing all apps like earlier.

1. I did factory reset from settings and unplugged and connected to wifi and refreshed network content but no luck

2. I tried with different mobile network and factory reset and network content refresh but no luck

In both the cases software is upto date.

I am suspecting latest software update messrd up this.

Do we have any patch or software release soon ? Could you please help me to resolve it ?
