Sony MEX-N7300db Bluetooth phone book contacts problem!

I’m having some trouble with the above stereo. The unit connects to the Bluetooth on my iPhone but when I select phonebook it just keeps flashing ’listing’ or ’not suprt’. Only once has it allowed me access to the phonebook via the head unit. I have selected the option on my phone to allow access to contacts etc, turned the phone on/off, turned the radio on/off, removed photos from contacts and every obvious thing I can think of but no progress! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Have you tried disconnecting the Bluetooth connection and reconnect again.
