Firmware updates from Mac

I cannot install the latest firmware on my ILCE-7M3's from my Mac.

I have tried various supposedly successful methods, but they all failed.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

The reason for this is that the update isn't compatible with Mac OS Catalina (as of yet)

You should be able to update using a Windows computer though:
