Retrieve Contacts from an Xperia Backup on PC

Hi,

I had an Xperia which died suddenly! I have a backup of the phone on my PC which was taken using Xperia Companion, I need to get the contacts out of this backup, the Xperia Companion seems like it will only work if I connect either the original Xperia (which is dead) or a new one of the same model.... which I don't have! I have either an Android phone or an Iphone that I can extract to or just being able to vie a list of the contacts would be great! can anyone help me find / extract the contacts from the backup file. This is the list of folders that I have in the backup file. Thanks

You can't view the backup by Xperia Companion directly?
