Hi all!

My Xperia XA1 has started to turn off when is in stand by mode. The batery is more than 80% and the only way to make it turn on again is plugging the power suply. The power button dosen't work when the the device dicided to die. At the re-start the date and hour are wrong until is automatic updated. It seems as if the batery had been unplugged and plugged again.

I hope someone can help me.

hello @Osornacion

this might be a software glitch, has this happened alot of times? try to boot to safe mode by long tapping the power off option. observe the device if it happens again

Hi, safe mode could be helpful as it stops all third party apps from running, so it lets you know if the issue is caused by an app.

You can also try removing the SD and SIM card if possible, and check if it happens without one of them inserted.
