Help with PS5

Recently purchased the PS5 console and thought I would compare the quality of 4k films compared to my Panasonic, the first film I tried was Spiderman Homecoming in 4K which funny enough is Sony.

I've never encountered a problem like this before as its really weird, the film quality is excellent but I'm getting background dialogue/music with sound effects but I'm not getting the main characters dialogue, no speech at all.

Thanks for the reply, I'm currently using a Sony XF9005 55" with the PS5 and I've swapped the HDMI to number 4 and bizarrely it works but not sure why it wouldn't work in the others.
