cannot register my Sony tv. After I type in model it wont allow me to select anything else.

There's probably some mismatch in the model number since retailers add/remove or generally adjust the model to fit in their systems.

Can you share it with us so we can try and help with that?

I have that problem too - trying to register
Sony BRAVIA KD55AG9. The form recognises the model a green tick appears but the form is then unresponsive.

Try using this "KD-55AG9" without quotes, basically a missing dash, this should work properly.

You can also try and omit the 9 at the end "KD-55AG" and choose the model from the drop-down list.
