PS4 DS4 Controller/PS4 Blu Ray Remote

I have a Sony KD43XE8396 Bravia 4k Android TV. I have had to order a replacement PS4 Slim (1TB), from Amazon since they cancelled my order for a 500gb PS4 slim, 13 days after I ordered it, actually on the day it should have arrived!!! (out of stock issue, no more available), so if the 'next one' DOES turn up I will end up with THREE PS4 DS4 controllers - as the next PS4 comes with two, & I have one already.

I would like to know if anyone has had any success using a DS4 Games Controller for Android Games from Google Play Store, on their Sony Bravia 4k Android TV, compared to playing Android Games on Android phones & tablets.

I have no interest now, in 'mobile' gaming (nor 'streaming' games as my internet is waaaayyyy to slow for that), though playing on a nintendo ds a long time ago was fun.

I have no android devices except this TV, & don't want to have to get ANOTHER controller, just for 'free' or 'cheap' & basic games that could be played on a TV (compared to the type played on a console, which need & use way more power, memory, storeage etc).

Does anyone here also know what a 'Sony branded' Blu Ray or Blu Disc remote should cost, (assuming I could even find one) as the Blu Ray remote for a PS4 is unlikely to work.
