I really need help my PlayStation is saying a problem occurred in the software and now my controller won’t connect to my PlayStation I’ve tried everything from the reset button to the share and ps button together it will connect to my phone so it’s not broken but because it won’t connect to the PlayStation itself I can’t fix the problem thank youuuu
