Imaging Edge Desktop - Viewer

Does anyone else have a problem with the Viewer part of Imaging Edge Desktop? It just won't run on my Dell XPS 15 and I've given up looking for a contact/email address for someone from Sony Support. Done all the usual stuff like uninstall and reinstall but it just won't run.
