DNS timed out - Playstation

Hello. Im trying to log into my playstation account and update my system but it keeps saying things like ‘dns has timed out’ and ‘dns wont connect’. Im with sky and ive tried everything but it wont let me connect to psn and i want to play online. Someone please tell me if you have a solution we have tried everything.

Danny, if do you find the answer you are looking for please do let me know as I've been pulling my hair out with this one all day as I'm having exactly the same issue and cannot use the support link provided as I get sent round in loop holes!
