I have just registered for an account but I am unable to register the Extra Bass Wireless Speaker for Guarantee purposes.

Any suggestions please?

Hey Oscarbgrace, make sure to choose it from the drop down menu, get the model from the support page and delete any sales derivatives like CEK or BU etc, you can also give us a hint what exactly happens to help you better.
