Unable to link my Sony account to PlayStation account

Hello!

So I'm trying to create a PS account, when i used my email, it said that I already have an account with this email, you can link both accounts, I click on link , I got redirected to another page where it say "Unable to link your account ", "Your account cannot be linked because you don't meet the eligibility requirements. the service is not available in your country region."

I've communicated with both Sony and PlayStation in my country and both were useless.

Hey NasMah, are you sure you gave an account with either? what exactly did Sony tell you?

Similar problem for me. Except it does not tell anything about country. The text is just "Your account cannot be linked because you don't meet the eligibility requirements."

As a result I cannot access PlayStation Network. Should I return my Playstation that I've just brought home? 😞
