I sent off the completed forms on Jan 12th 2011 and received a letter in February apologising for the delay. Following two phone calls, still no VAT being returned. Am I the only one in this situation? Is it a scam when you are told on the phone that they sent the cheque? Would like to hear from someone else ion this situation. I'd be very slow to trust this offer again.
