How do I upload an avatar?

As above. I have an avatar on my computer that I would like to upload but I've drawn a blank so far.

The option to upload an Avatar will appear after you have becomd a member and posted a few times. Once it does, follow these instructions:

In regard to the forums ranking structure for welcoming newbies, not so much. They need to look at that.
