CDP-CX355 : No power ....

Hi everybody,

My CDP-CX355 cannot start ..

.When the power cord is connected, I just hear the relay on the power board "ticking" at a frequency of about 1 hz, but nothing more happens ...

I think that the power board is out of order, but, does anybody already encounter the problem, and, if so, can tell me which component is out ?

Maybe the ceramic 0,01 µF, 250 v ?
