HT-ZF9 Menu on TV is blurry, pulsate. The same when playing songs and it's title is shown.

Is it possible that I scratched the audio OUT HDMI socket?

If yes, how to fix it?

If not, what are the other options?

Did you try a different cable? Maybe the current cable quality isn't best.

Yes, I purchased a new cable. It is slightly better but the screen is still running.

I spoke all services and the result is that it is a faulty product and I can swap it to a new one.

The new one works well.

I purchased the rear speakers too.

Boy, it is awesome. Like a cinema. Feels like being deep in the action.
