HT-A7000 Video Keeps Cutting Out

Has anyone else had any issues with their A7000 soundbar randomly dropping picture? Probably once a day, sometimes multiple times, while I’m watching my Apple TV 4K through the A7000 soundbar connected to my X95J the screen will go red, turn to old-school snow, go black before returning to regular picture. I never use the onboard apps, everything I watch is through the Apple TV. I’ve got a week before I can no longer return this thing, which I am getting increasingly closer to just doing. Any help or insight would be appreciated. TYIA!

I had some video cut outs occur on my ps5 connected to my HT-A7000 but then swapped out the hdmi cable to a new 2.1 hdmi.

Since then it's not dropped the signal at all.
