    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.sony.rs/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1339356821"&gt;@Russelledward&lt;/a&gt; the SA-WCT290 is the subwoofer connected to the HT-CT290 soundbar. The subwoofer is basically responsible for the bass sound of the soundbar. The subwoofer turns on automatically when the bar speaker is turned on, which is a normal behaviour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if you have two separate subwoofers and soundbars in each room and they both switch on automatically when you switch one on, try resetting them from the settings: &lt;A href="https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4688/bf7d5b873719b3d76535d0106e2db161/46882522M.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4688/bf7d5b873719b3d76535d0106e2db161/46882522M.pdf&lt;/A&gt; (page 26).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am 79 years of age and have 2 Sa-ct290 sony sound bars and 2 sa wct290 sub woofers. In separate rooms. When I use the one in my room it also switches the one in the other room where my daughter is but I don't know how to fix it thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
