      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Lucks, and welcome to the Sony forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best guess is that over time the recording heads either gotten a little worn or are no longer perfectly alligned. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It certainly wouldnt be a suprise for this Handycam to start showing the odd signs of age.&amp;nbsp; From memory it was released in about 1999.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the heads are in good condition then the issue maybe&amp;nbsp; to be rectified or at least improved by getting it serviced and the tape track recalibrated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully its the latter as it would great to keep it going.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Lee&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
