HDR-XR500E PMB compatibility with Windows 7

My current PMB version (4.2.0) doesn't support Windows 7. When trying to download v.4.3.02 I was prompted to enter a part number. When entering my part number from v.4.2.0 I get a message stating my part number is wrong. Any idea how to get this program?

Can you post a link from where you are trying to download the update from.?

However are you able to download the PMB Version 4.2.0.1 update from the Sony India site, use the following link to view: PMB (Picture Motion Browser) Ver.4.2.10 Update Program

Nice to hear from you. Thanks for the link - this is what I was looking for.

The only problem is that when I try to download the PMB v.4.2.10 program I am prompted to enter a part number. When I use the part number shown on my disk the system doesn't recognise it - hence I can't dowload the software

I'd be very interested to know if there's a way around this
