My wife bought a Sony Handycam DCR-SR37 a few years ago and we have lost/mislaid the original software. I want to install the camcorder on my Windows 8 Acer laptop to view the videos, but the laptop doesn't seem to recognise the camcorder (connected via USB). I also downloaded Playmemories Home and that cannot find the camcorder.
