    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my first time on this forum so I'm hoping I'm posting in the correct place!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had the above mentioned camcorder for a few years now &amp;amp; until recently have been downloading my videos &amp;amp; editing them using 'picuture motion browser' (PMB) on my old laptop. &amp;nbsp;However, I've recently upgraded to a Windows 8 laptop &amp;amp; understand that PMB is no longer availabe &amp;amp; has been replaced with Playmemories ~ I am correct in that aren't I?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have a Canon camera &amp;amp; whilst I can download &amp;amp; view all my photos OK, I'm having real problems with my camcorder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've managed to download all the videos &amp;amp; indeed and see the various icons within Playmemories showing the clips I have taken however when I try to play them I get an 'error icon' on the screen which I've found online this morning means one of the following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE cellspacing="0" border="0"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" border="0" src="https://community.sony.rs/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/" /&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Indicated when unable to find a photo or video.
