Can't live stream Sony A7iii on Mac

I downloaded Imaging Edge Desktop to get a live feed from my Sony A7iii on my Mac Pro. I've set Ctrl w/ Smartphone to Off and USB Connection to PC Remote. I'm using the micro-USB cable that came with the camera and all other programs that could be using the camera are closed. When I open the Imaging Edge Desktop and press "Start" it does show the camera in the dialog (after hitting "refresh") but when I double click the camera it gives me the error dialog that says: "Camera is not connected. ..."

Any idea how to resolve this?
