Reader Library issues and Sony's company image

My experience:

I wanted to buy a book in http://ebookstore.sony.com/, so I downloaded Reader Library.

My issues:

- I open it and It ask to register my product. It's fine to me and I click to register my Reader Library. But resgister page does not allow to register it, Page only allows to register hardware (Reader Library is software).

- Help on Sony web's pages is wrong and option shown there are not available in Reader LIbrary. It is worst than useless help, it is wrong help.

- Help on Reader Library have same problem, help for both USA and Europe is wrong.

- Contact page does not allow me to write any comment

My results :

- I can not buy ebooks in Sony products

- Sony's company image fall to the bottom

Hi and welcome to the Sony Forum

I think my first question has to be where do you live, there are IP restrictions for access to the the http://ebookstore.sony.com/, this is for USA users only, depending on where you are located will depend on if you can buy from there or not, in Europe each country has its owns Stores, for the UK these are Watestones, WH Smiths and Mills & Boon.

I hope this help identify why you are having problems
