Hi gkilic,

You are quoting the chassis number from the underside of the notebook which can be shared by several models and will need the product model reference in order to find drivers – have a look on the screen surround and you may find something similar to VGN-NSxxx

Given the correct product reference we will be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi Silva_Flow,

As I posted previously, you will need to find the correct product name. It will start VGN-NSxxxx – have a look on the screen surround or in Vaio Control Center. Once you provide the correct reference we can point you in the direction of drivers.
