Xperia Tablet Z Turn sleep mode off

Hello. I would like to turn the sleep mode off.

I work in an office space with 80 other persons and 50 of us have tablets. The announcement tone for new email or with an calendar for upgoing appointments is annoying. Not only for me but also the others in the office space

I would l like the the display to stay on when being charged and not go into sleep mode for three reasons. Because I am busy working on the PC computer

1) Would like to see when a new email has arrived and not hear the announcement tone

2) Appointment check with calendar

3) Track projects as I have an interactive project tracker open that is updated reral time

The tablet for work is a fantastic tool. Connecting to HDMI projectors allowing me to give presentatioins easier and not carry a laptop.
