Select a progamme you want to watch for example later in the day. Press the middle button with the + sign. Next screen will show the synopsis press + again. Sceen will revert to TV guide with a clock symbol by the programme title. The TV will switch automatically to the programme when watching another channel or when the TV is in standby.
