      <description>&lt;P&gt;KD&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;55 X7000E LED 4K Ultra HD (HDR) Smart TV faills to find a USB HDD on any of the USB ports when I try to register a recording device. A HDD with pre-recorded MP4 files reads those files just fine so the issue is not the USB ports. Is there a trick to it?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My HDD is brand new USB 3 1TB Toshiba. Have tried a USB 2.0 320GB - both formatted with NTFS file system.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;TIA&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This doesn't seem to be a UK model but you can find some info on compatible USB HDDs over on the Sony Australia support site &lt;A href="https://www.sony.com.au/electronics/support/articles/00197093" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
