ARC not working

Hi,

I recently bought a new TV but cannot get ARC to work. The TV is a KD55-EX7002 and the receiver is a STR-DH550.

ARC worked on the old TV (also a sony: KDL-46EX723) with the same receiver.

I have been through the troubleshooting found on the sony support site, which mainly just say make sure control for hdmi is on.

I have tried 3 different cables (one of which is a v2.0 or above as i use it for 4k60 hdr)

Any ideas??

Hi dhw666,

Which HDMI port have you connected the STR to? HDMI ARC is only on HDMI 3 on this TV.
