Hey,

So the model I have is a KDL-43WD751 and when I try to connect to Netflix using the control shortcut it keeps me on a loop of needing to accept the new privacy terms and conditions before joining a public network.

Ive checked through the advanced settings and we’ve already agreed to the privacy settings and we’ve also not had any issues connecting to Netflix on any other device.

It might be best to perform a reset of your TV which should resolve this issue. You can find more details on how to do this here.
