We have connected a tv in our bedroom with an aerial cable in our bedroom to enable us to watch live television.

As soon as we connected it, we were unable to connect to WiFi.

A similar thing happened when we did this with another tv downstairs. As soon as the cable went in, nothing!

I have tried turning off and on, I have tried a factory reset, it will not connect to the internet anymore as long as that cable is in the back, so I can’t do both in one tv which is really frustrating!

Help....

Hi Laura, welcome to the Community.

Can you describe the tv model(s) and any other components connected to the TV? It would help others in the Community find a solution for you with more info.

Thanks
