Alexa control for KD-32W800

Hi,

I’m trying to setup the Alexa control for my KD-32W800, it shows up as a discoverable device to the Alexa, but it doesn’t control the TV. But I can’t find the app to install/configure on the TV itself.

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible, and if so, how.

If the TV Control Setup with Amazon Alexa App is not available on your TV then it is not available.

Thanks for the guidance, unfortunately, although this is a newer TV, it doesn’t have the Alexa control. Sad times.
