hi all, if anyone knows how to remove the x reality pro store bennar that keeps popping up, there is no off option, reset it,still coming on, thanks ,KDM-32WE613

I’m guessing that your TV is stuck in Demo mode. See if the following article helps.

I ve tried all suggested without success,(bannar still on) but for some reason few days later it stopped coming on, my guess would be , a hard reset (by the back,buttons) and disconnect power overnight. The main issue is when resetting with remote,it is not possible to to choose either on or off banner options, thank you all:)

I've checked before the recommended options,but this model setting in not there, it is not possible to approach the (on and off) writing on the screen,not sure what I've pushed last week out of anger 🤬 but it's not there anymore, hopefully it won't apear again, otherwise I have to record myself pushing all buttons on the remote,so I can watch it back and find out how I was clearing it out and then the pleasure shearing it with all of you 🤗, thank you
