Sony hd tv sound distortion on adverts

Hi all.

On my new Sony HD tv, some adverts the sound distorts. Sounds really deep almost like it has been slowed down but in fact is at normal speed. Is this a TV problem or signal problem? Not really worried about missing the odd advert but am worried it could get worse.

Hi @SimonRiden What is the full model number of your TV? It will start with KD, XR or K.

Hi there. I think it is KD43X75WLPU, but can check when I get home. I have a video but don't think I can paste it here
