360 Reality Audio free trial Music service from Sony

Hi all, I purchased a Sony HT-A3000 Soundbar from Currys. It came with a free trial voucher for a music

service. I chose Amazon Unlimited Music, which gives 4 months free, but when I enter the Access Code from the voucher, the Amazon site says, “The promotion is not valid.” Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

@Lemax20 Make sure that you entered the code correctly sometimes there is a mistake between the digits and letters! Do you have a pre-existing account on Amazon Music, or you created a new one?

Thanks for the reply, I have carefully entered the code a couple of times on the final page says, "The promotion is not valid" To sign up and pay £11.99 per month I have a pre-existing Amazon Music Unlimited expired account that shows up on the same page too.

Hi @Lemax20 Just a guess, but as far as Amazon are concerned, is this a promotion for brand new customers only?

Hi @Lemax20, make sure to follow the correct steps below:

1. Go the 360 Audio reality website: https://www.sony.net/Products/360RA/FT/
2. Select the language and country and tick the terms and conditions box.
3. Once you click accept, select the music service (Amazon Music), enter the code, then click on Submit.
4. You'll be redirected to the selected Music Service registration page to create an account.
5. Once you're done, download the desired the service’s app and login with the created account.

The code only works when a new account is created. It does not work with existing accounts.
