Hiya - ok, what happens when you try and play a Lovefilm movie via the Blu-ray/TV? Does it bring up the spash screen advising you to register with Sony?

Basically you have to pair your Lovefilm account with Sony's system here - https://internet.sony.tv/customer. Thankfully you only have to do this once. Once you've done this, it pings you into your Lovefilm account where you finalise the process.

Hope this helps - but shout if you have any problems.

My current setup as above. At the moment I can get ALL internet services. However, when I try to get Lovefilm to stream - I'm told I do not have an active account, but when I chek the LoveFilm site it clearly shows all the " green ticks " and my account is active. Anyone have any ideas/solutions about this one. Contacting LoveFilm help desk is a complete joke and a waste of time - help desk jockeys reading from prepared pages of script with no idea how to investigate the problem

Thanks in advance
