When I try to use VTuner I get a message with "Reference code 51"

I also very often has problem to connect to Netflix, often solved by restart the device but not always ;-(

Hi there

Your problems seem to be internet/network related. What speed is your internet connection? Is the N790W connected wirelessly or wired up with an ethernet cable (if wireless, try using a cable instead)

Are you on the latest firmware - best to check?

Have you tried a factory reset?

Just a couple of pointers

If nothing works, more information is required.

My internet speed is 100/10 so I think it is ok and it is wirelessly I havn't tried wire but will try it but it has worked before and the suddenly it don't.

Latest firmware? on BDV-N790W?

I tried factory reset and it didn't help

I connected my device with a cable and the problem is still the same.

VTurner always shows errorcode 51 and Netflix works sometimes and sometome no, what to do?
